The streaming platform Roku has backtracked on its decision to allow the Infowars channel on its service. The decision was taken after hearing from “concerned parties.”
Roku refuses to say which rules were broken. Previously it said that the channel hadn’t broken any of its rules. It is not clear whether the “concerned parties” were users or advertisers.
Infowars and its host Alex Jones have now been removed from most major online platforms including Apple’s App Store, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter.
